I can not find a listing at Cuds on coins but there are similar ones. Or would it be considered a free standing retained interiior die break? I just want to know if I am understanding this term correctly. Thank you.

It's not a Cud.
A Cud involves the rim.

It looks more like a bit of debris got into the striking chamber and got incorporated into the coin.
From the word GOD it also appears to be a later die state.

Yes, it looks like a retained interior die break (RIDB) to me.

Thanks all. I'm getting better every day at this. P.S Kanga-I know it's not a Cud but cuds-on-coins has lots of other errors. Check them out.

Thanks again all. Yes I did look at cuds-on-coins (as stated in the beginning) and there is one similar but I figure this is just an earlier or later die state. That is possible, Yes?

I would love to send it in, but I am no good at macro/micro photography yet. And cuds-on-coins is very spacific about photo size.

Yes, it could be from a different stage in that die's progression.
