What took him so LONG?

Its Franklin! The ugliest coin ever produced! The question is more like WHY ARE YOU DOING THE COLLECTION?

Well maybe because I have in Mint OGP sets EVERY set from 1950 to present in uncirculated, proof, and silver proof sets.
AND complete set of Dansco albums (With Proofs) for Lincoln Wheat cent, Lincoln Memorial cent, Lincoln Shield cent, Jefferson nickel, Barber dime, Mercury dime, Roosevelt dime, Washington quarter, Kennedy half, and Eisenhower dollars

To keep collecting, it became time to move backwards in time. I picked out of a hat which to move onto next. Frankie won first.

Dearborn, I don't know if Dansco makes a Canadian small cent album (they might), but the one I use is a really nice one made by Lighthouse. It's just small cents (which is all you need) and has all the varieties. There are only a couple pricier coins in the early years, but most are very obtainable. If I can assist, please let me know!

The Franklin looks much better after the acetone bath. Franklin's are a great set. They were my first dansco album I bought and the first set I completed as well.

it does, It 'cleaned up' real nice. So far I have in the mail coming to me 1959-1963 P/D and 1960-1963 Proofs. Just went and found a Dansco album (new) to place them into. Just need to find a blank page (not sure if I need 2 of them yet - need to do a count for the proof coins.

So you're only going to assemble this set in common circulated grades?

Initially, yes, for the business strikes anyway, plus the proofs (1950-1963)

EDIT: I already have most of the Franklins still in their OGP mint sets from 1950-1963. I want a circulated set for my Dansco album library.
