Regarding your "Far East" coins, the top row looks to be all Chinese cash coins; maybe someone on here can ID them better for you as to date/reign. Bottom row: first coin is Turkish, and the other appears Japanese.

"European" coins: Top row - Germany, Germany, ? (Can't really make it out), France. Bottom row - Germany, Russia (?), Denmark, Netherlands, and France again.

You have the coins in hand, so check them out at World Coin Gallery to be more specific.

Numbering from left to right, top to bottom:

Far East 1: the pic's a bit too dark and small to be certain, but I think it's Japanese. Does it look like the ones discussed on this page?

Far East 2: with the "waves" on the back, this one's definitely Japanese. Like these.

Far East 3: again, the scan isn't too clear, but I think it's Annam (Vietnam), emperor Tu Duc (1848-1883). Like this one.

Far East 4: China, the Qian Long emperor (1736-1795), Board of Revenue mint.

Far East 5: This one's actually from the "Near East", Turkey. 40 para, dated Accession-1255 Regnal-22 I believe (which equates to 1859-1860 AD).

Far East 7 (#6 is the quarter): Japan ½ sen, looks like Year 12 of the Meiji Emperor (= 1879 AD). Year 12 is the second-scarcest date of the series, and could be quite valuable. Can we have better pictures of this one, to double-check the date?

European 1: Germany 1 mark 1924, A (Berlin) mintmark. Made of .500 fine silver.

European 2: Prussia 1 pfennig 1865, A (Berlin) mintmark. Prior to 1871, "Germany" did not exist; it was divided into dozens of tiny countries, of which Prussia was the largest and most powerful.

European 4 (3 is the quarter): Same as #2, but I can't read the date.

European 5: France (Second Empire) 1 franc 1868, A (Paris) mintmark. Made of .835 fine silver.

European 6: Germany 5 reichspfennig 935, F (Stuttgart) mintmark.

European 7: Austro-Hungarian Empire (Austria) 1 kreuzer 1881.

European 8: Denmark 1 ore. I can't read the date, and there are quite a few valuable date varieties in these coins. Can we have a closeup, please?

European 9: Netherlands 1 cent, but I can't read the date.

European 10: France (Second Empire) 5 centimes. I can't quite read the date on this one, either.

Far East 7: My mistake, it's actually Year 14 (1881), which is fairly common. Sorry.

I think my initial observations were correct for the others you've shown zoomed pics for.
