Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

It appears the mint mark is rotated counter clockwise to 11:00. The reverse has a die chip or lamination issue. Also, appears the chip was flipped, rotated and stamped a few centimeters to the left of the chip. It is very clear on the coin, not as much in the photos.

The mint marks were hand punched in 1958 so the angle and location can vary, depending on the worker.
There were probably close to a million produced with the same mm.
It looks like a slight lamination on the reverse with part of it becoming detached and adhered to the coin.
