I'm thinking XF. I'm not very familiar with Peace dollar grading, so any insight would be appreciated.

XF45 some of those diagonal hairlines are crossing over the devices. imo may have had a cleaning and could pull a details designation

Agree, EF-45 sharpness and possibly once cleaned.

XF-45 cleaned ( way to many hairlines to straight grade)

I agree with the "cleaned" consensus. I enlarged an area of your picture to point out what they and I see that would make this a cleaned details designation rather than a grade. The hairlines all going in the same 8 o'clock to 2 o'clock direction across the field and continuing into the devices (her face). Dead giveaway of a scrubbed coin.
