@here, since both sides of the coin are off in the same direction, then I agree with you that is coin is slightly off struck rather than being a MAD. Usually we tell folks that in order to add numismatic value, parts of design elements need to be falling off the edge though.

Agree with Off Centre Strike. Please indicate where you see Doubling. Not close to Full Bands

Clearly misaligned die on the obverse. Given the images posted, I'm not seeing evidence of die doubling, nor full bands.

Slightly off-center strike, perhaps some MD, too much flashback for careful evaluation.

I see a clear off-center strike here by a tired die - I can see radial flow lines on the obverse to the left of Roosevelt. Most certainly not full bands, in fact I would lean towards no bands. Not seeing any doubling - just what we call ' Machine Doubling' which is very common and not an error.
