Need Help Determining Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC 1970 S Large Or Small Date?

This coin shows characteristics of the large and small date and I just don't have an eye for it. Note the inside loop of the '9'? Blunt or pointed? Note the direction the inside loop points? Why are they shaped that way? If is is different die design: Searching for these on line, you can use a business Card to see the differences, despite the angle of rotation of the coin: CoopHome: How can I tell for sure if I have a 1970-S Small date? shape of the deign on the '9' and on the location on the bottom of the '7'. know what to look for.
