It has to show punches to see a RPM: Note how large this mintmark is? But it is not a RPM. Why? Because there is no evidence of a second or more punching on the mintmark area. Different types of RPMs: Direction on RPMs: Difference between and Tilted an Rotated RPM? To know is better than guessing. Seeing is understanding. Now you can understand what you are looking at/for.
