coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/19/2022 1:09 pm The die that struck your coin is showing it age. (Long in the tooth) The devices are moving towards the rim. (So it looks like this year had the Multi hub reverse dies) Seeing the devices move towards the rim, tells me that it is still the older die process. No cut off date on when the change over happened. So I'm figuring they didn't all switch at the the same time. Possible Obverse and Reverse change over happened at different times. (Or both processes were used the same years. They probably wanted to use up the already created dies first before changing to the new single squeeze dies? (I'm just reverse engineering this as I go) Report this Post to the Staff
