@nickelsearcher - That's a 1999 / 1420 The coin's date is listed in Western Arabic and Eastern Arabic. Arabic script is read from right to left EXCEPT for numbers, which are read from left to right. I thought the left hand legend looked a lot like the year 1999, but also assumed it could have been flowing Arabic script that resembled a Western date.

Went to my PO Box today. I did find a gift from Santa waiting. Did some Googling and see it's a silver round from the Franklin Mint's 50 States series. I'm guessing Santa is from Louisiana. Thank you.   |

I checked my mailbox this afternoon, and my secret Santa gift had arrived!! Some very cool US varieties and minor errors, a blank 1c planchet (BU) plus a little bit of silver. The best part is that I get to learn something new!

Received my package back before Christmas but waited till the 25th to open it. Just now back home with access to my computer so I am posting pictures. Very nice Christmas 2022 Silver round and 4 nice coins. Thank you Santa!  |

Slerk- We know you may be having delivery issues - both ways - there are just some countries that make things difficult- i.e. Turkey, Russian, Uruguay. and I have to include my mates down under who would not give you a good opinion of Australia Post

Santa (UPS) came through with a package outside my door... I guess they realized that I had closed off my chimney because of all of the snow.
