As Coinfrog stated, just circulation damage, it is the correct mm. Just curious, what is your obsession with wrong mint marks? There are some cool transitional errors out there that involve the wrong mm but you have not posted one yet. Keep looking, they are out there.

(Could be damage on the top edge of the mintmark or Machine Doubling if other devices are affected. (Keep in mind that MD would affect the other devices in the same/close to same direction. All curved devices will be affected differently on the devices)
