1999 Dec. Quater doubled die errors. Are there any ? Do they have a Value? Some of the beads look like a horseshoe. The doubling is light then gets distinctive. Hoping this will be my first dd I found in pocket change.

This coin is not from a Double Die.
The "horseshoe" pattern of the beads comes from a Die Deterioration.

There's no premium value for this coin. Many 25 cents from the 1999 and 2000 series show many variations like this.
