Found this 1972 Kennedy which looks to have been struck on a planchet that had some sort of debris or maybe it was an older one. There is a bunch of wrinkles on front and back. It also looks like the F in engraver's initials is not fully visible. Any feed back is appreciated.

The wrinkles are a sign of a late die state aka a worn die issue. The F looks like a very minor Grease Filled Die. You might want to work on taking a bit better photos, yours has a bit too much glare. Also a bit blurry. The better the photos you post the better we can help you.

Lighting makes it difficult to evaluate these pics.

Sorry about the photos folks. I will stop posting until my better equipment arrives( hoping end of next week). I only have at this time a magnifying glass that connects to my phone which already put it at too much of a zoom. I believe that's why you're getting the blurriness plus the light for it I can't turn it off once it's attached to my phone. either way, thanks for the help that you have been able to provide with bad pictures.

Even older smart phone's built in-in cameras should perform just fine for coin photography. Many members here use them daily here.the answer isn't always more expensive equipment, just learn to use what you have. Did you know there is a. Whole section here in CCF that is devoted to coin photography, you may want to check them out. There should be able to answer any questions you have, including lighting issues. Hope this helps.

Also the die state looks like a senior die. So a lot of that look was on the coin from the strike forward. Looks like a struck grease error. But not a weak strike. If it were a weak strike, the devices would be thinner, not larger.

Generally also there are indeed some varieties out there such as a 1972-D No FG Half Dollar should show no traces of Gasparro's initials. Genuine No FG halves will also show weakness in other surrounding features, such as the eagle's wing, stars, etc. While absence of the FG initials can be picked up by the naked eye, use of a high-quality 5X or 10X magnifier is ideal, particularly for ruling out what may actually be a weak FG, which isn't presently a recognized form of this variety unlike the No FG. You can find this and others in a book called Strike it rich with pocket change 5th edition, or on the forum and free online sites if you wish to regularly search coins for possible varieties and errors that may have some added value.
