1929 S Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Possible Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

2foxy Valued Member United States 150 Posts	Posted 02/05/2023 12:34 pm I found this 1929 S LWC that looks like it may have had doubling on the word "God" its very worn down so its hard to tell for sure, thoughts? coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/06/2023 11:07 am Back then a lot of cents were not saved in BU. They were too valuable then to keep, so they got around a lot. In the BU rolls, they weren't saved until about 1934. So coins were circulated a lot pre 1934. (Some meals then only cost 25 cents in a restaurant) So coins were used a lot in the pre 1934 years.
