Hello, need help identifying this 1970D quarter, does it have any doubling on the date? Can anyone help?

For this variety design it is only one know but it is DDR and you do not has that one. Sorry

Where exactly are you seeing doubling? Don't make us guess (we're bad guessers). Obverse? Reverse? Help us out here and then show us a sharp closeup of that area.

Not seeing any errors. Appears to be an average, circulated '70 D with some unfortunate obverse scratches.

I see an average circulated quarter with some obverse damage.

I agree with the above damage but that "cat or dog hair" does not add value

The devices look larger from vending machine damage to the devices near the rim areas. Pretty much just a damaged coin now.
