Hi guys thanks lot for replied ,now I have this Lincoln cent coin is it error or doubled die ear ..thank you so much guys .

The head area on those areas look like DDD. Note the Mouth to the bow tie area? That is DDD. Why is is not on the date and Liberty area? Well the coin was polished that removed the stage one disturbances on the fields:

Note on this one. This is showing the Stage one Process:

So it is not entering in the stage two. The forming of the ridge rings is beginning. Note the devices on the coin are all slightly smaller than normal from a die polishing. Also note on the reverse, there are a lot of die cracks on the columns. So this die had a face lift. Thus what you are seeing. If it were an extra earlobe, the design would not have that area NW into the hair. 1997 DDO-001 shows the path of what a doubled earlobe would look like:

Note the area extends on the other part of the lobe. On your coin is meets the hair line and the other side of the face is affected in different directions. Towards the rim direction on both sides of the bust. So just die wear called DDD on the single squeeze dies.
