I'm still new to collecting coins and I do not have much confidence in my ability to identify specific errors or mint states yet. Thankfully this forum exists. I think this could be a 1972 DDO. First, I'm not sure if it is really a DDO, secondly if it would be worth it or not to send to PCGS. It looks like doubling in the date and parts of "LIBRARY". With a soft strike towards the top on the obverse side but a nice strong strike on the reverse. Any help would be great! Thanks!

That is a common 1972 cent with Machine Doubling.
It would cost you $50-60.00 to send off to have graded
for a coin worth a couple of cents.
Nice photos by the way.
