This coin looks very off to me.

It looks very grainy. I'd wait for other opinions on this coin. I don't know enough to tell what is causing the surface issues on this coin.

Tough to judge surfaces from these pics. Images are too grainy. Low AU sharpness, but surfaces could be problematic. I'll await additional pics.

Looks like a saltwater beach find. I have a quarter that my wife found in the sand by the Santa Monica Pier. Looks just like it.
