Guys on all 2019 and 2019 D Lincolns that I have found with this exception of this one, the "9' is always larger. On this coin it seems to have all numbers the same, can you agree?

Without looking it up, I think there is a doubled die for 2019 the date showing the 0 and 9 looking larger. Yours looks normal.

Looks like a normal 19 too me They all are Master doubling on the 9.
