I believe this is a 2019-P 5c WDDR-004.

The line-in-the-door feature seems to match up. There is definitely a similar-looking long die scratch underneath OF, although the letters themselves have unfortunately been struck by a Ring of Death. I couldn't match the die dots near the P in Pluribus or between the 1 and 9, but this nickel might just be an earlier die state. The entry also mentions two die dots above the E in Cents, but no image is included.

Also odd, the Wexler catalog lists that coin as Satin Finish. It doesn't seem like the 2019-P was offered as anything other than a business strike, so I assume that might be a clerical error.

It's pretty easy using my inverted light setup. I can examine a lot of nickels very quickly like that, and the glare makes the doubling super easy to spot.

Although, it is possible that I miss any small doubling on the inner, lower edge of the triangle because it's in shadow. But triangle doubling is heavily outnumbered by door doubling.
