I lowered everything to 1ea, now contemplating turning proofs off completely, really until yesterday I preferred uncirculated so shouldn't be very difficult.. So far I have everything from last 4 of 2021'z plus reverse proof set's forward, though my 2021d Morgan came without a certificate. Then received my 2024 uncerculated'z yesterday with Peace dollar having milk spots or something on obverse very disappointing,(they can be messed up with marks or milk, but can't accidentally give out any errors, I would rethink that QC ) IMO... I've been getting the high resolution gold Liberty'z lately, maybe just stick with them or another hobby altogether... I may cancel/turn everything off, IDN yet!... Maybe this will create another low mintage, numbered certs,or the (w) nickel, cent?...

My two Morgans received today. I've now got both pairs, which means time to send them to the West Coast to get graded! And to await for the upcoming ASEs!!!

My Morgan arrived today. Looked good in hand and then I took a loupe to it: I don't get my stuff graded. Would hate to have sent this off (unopened) to a TPG. . .pretty sure I wouldn't be happy with the result. How does one describe this defect ? Is it noteworthy or just another example of poor quality from the Philly Mint ? Caveat emptor

cptbilly, Ya that's not a good place for a divot, on the face. If you can't live with it, and I wouldn't, call the mint and they will send a return label at no cost. Part of my Morgans showed up yesterday. All were perfect like the Peace dollars. For some reason the second order made it to my post office 3 miles away, then was shipped to Montgomery Al 1800 miles away. So they're probably lost. One thing I did notice on a couple of mine is that around the bottom of the obverse rim is pushed up above the rest of the rim. If I remember this was on the liberty and military metals last year. I can't remember what it was called. Does anyone remember? I think I can see it on the around the top of your coin too.

@Cujohn: It was referred to as "finning" and my Morgan has that going for it too. . .The pre-paid address label should hit my in box within 2 days, according to the USM CSR I spoke to a few hours ago. Will request a replacement.

@Morgans Dad: Agreed. In addition to finning, my example had milk spots and debris inside the capsule. Disappointed. I have a Peace dollar en route. Hoping I fare better with that one.
