I didn't know that a 1953 cent could have a "poor-mans" die deteriation issue, but I guess this does
And that does look like a small lamination to me

Die Deterioration on the date (not uncommon with '53 cents); not 100% sure on the feature to the right of Abe's nose--might be a strike-through.

Die Deterioration Doubling, and maybe a Lamination.

Looks more like a strike through. It has some kind of texture to it.

Agree a strike-through of some sort.

Not as poor as the 1957-d I found while taking a leak at least yours is real this one according to another person on here is fake it gets irritating sometimes but I still love it! If it helps I only got 36.00 to my name bro so I'm poor too until next friday and I am a one income house hold only guy with a job. Cheer up bro it's not that poor of a coin! I admit I agree mine looks fake but its cool to me! And it smells like pee

Pigeonman333rd, not sure what to respond to that but I guess just keep looking patiently. And I hope you didn't have asparagus for lunch.

Pigeon - if you are to post something in another's topic - please stay on topic. your latest post/image has NOTHING to do with the OP's Coin or question.

So please just stop spaming the threads.
