1964-D Roosevelt Dime With Copper Color Infused?

If memory serves correct, a 1964-D Roosevelt dime should be 90% silver and was the last year that silver was used in it. Also, it is not just on the very outside surface, if you look at the rim, it goes about halfway into the coin, as if you were looking at a modern Roosevelt dime. I also have another 1964-D Roosevelt dime With similar color but in just a few spots. In addition to that which confuses me a bit because of one of the responses is that I'll also have a.1968-D Roosevelt dime which is composed of Copper-Nickle Plated Copper As Roosevelt dimes no longer contained silver after 1964 unless you got a lucky 1965 silver.
