More of the same happened last week, but this pharmacist went back to the prone suspect and pumped five more bullets into him. He is being charged with 1st degree murder.

this is such a shame. I have sympathy for the family of the CHILD thief. in this situation I believe charges could be appropriate. surely not murder one.

sheesh, it is not a doing of a human being... its ok to open fire to the suspects so they can flee but when you hit him down and shoot him several times, the table turns.

The video was on the web from the cctv and the pharmicist event.2 kids walk in , one shooting , pharmicist shoots back hitting one kid in the head , the 2nd kid turns and runs with the pharmicist chasing him out the door.
He is safe at this point , out of danger.
Then he goes back in the store , turns his back on the unconcious kid showing he is in no danger , gets another gun and walks over to the kid unconcious on the floor , emptys the gun into him , then goes calls 911

Thats why its murder 1

I have no sympathy for the kid but I don't agree with what the pharmacist did either. If the bum was down and definitely not moving there is no reason to waste more bullets on him. Grab the other gun? Yes, because, the other bum could have come back. Waste bullets on the other bum who is down? Maybe, if he woke up and tried to attack in any way, shape or form. Keep him covered until the cops show up. I hate theives! They are lazy worthless bums. Break into my home while I am here and you won't make it out alive. Nuff said.

I totally agree Irishraider , and I operate the same way.Its a pity the pharmicist took it too far.Whos to say why.Had he just stayed out of the store when he exited chasing the other kid (14yrs old) and called 911 at that point he was 100% in the clear.

Simple rules for self defense with a fire arm.

1. Practice, hit what you are aiming at.

2. Double tap center mass.

3. Own a gun big enough to do the job the first time.

Surprised I missed this post! Excellent news! A dead robber is a good robber I agree, double-tap center mass and hope for the best!
