1983 P Dime Error Die Clash And DDR?

Hello,

I found this today. Looks like a die clash of the face on the reverse. You can see the outline of the neck, chin and skull and possibly doubling on the "ONE DIME" . Possibly other error? Need some expert eyes!

No doubling but there is a die clash.

Die Deterioration doubling. The metal die face is eroding towards the rim.

A nice die clash, though! =)
