1892 Columbian Half Dollar - Request For More Information

I recently found this 1892 US Columbian Half-Dollar(50c) in a "Coin Mystery" lot I purchased at a local in-person auction house in the DE/PA area. I've done some research but figured I could ask my favorite coin experts to help me as well. What would you say the rarity of this is? What condition/grade would you give it? The 1892 World's Columbian Exposition half dollar is one of the most common coins of the classic-era US commemorative coin series. It had a mintage of 950,000. It can be found in uncirculated and circulated grades without too much difficulty. Quote: What condition/grade would you give it? The coin imaged shows signs of mechanical and chemical cleaning. If it were sant to a reputable grading service (e.g., PCGS, NGC, ANACS) it would be returned with a "DETAILS" grade vs. a straight grade. From a wear standpoint, it appears to be an About Uncirculated example. Hopefully, you didn't pay a premium price for the coin/lot. Quote: Any fun/interesting facts about it that you can share? I will say, I definitely would make my money back times 5 on the other items in the lot(banknotes silver certs & star(*) notes from US & WWII Philippines mixed in with a large group of 1700-1800 foreign UK/GB coins).
