Found a 1943-s Washington quarter but I am not well versed on the dying patterns or oddities- is this considered a double die? Or is this the poster child for a perfectly normal Washington?

Looks to be a circulated '43 S--typical wear and 'patina'. Perhaps a (very) minor obverse misaligned die. Not seeing any evidence of doubled die characteristics.

Anytime you think you have a doubled die., go to varietyvista.com and find an EXACT match. If you do not find an EXACT match (every picture per entry shown must match), then you have a non-collectible form of cdoubling like Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling.

I'm not seeing anything, at least with the images presented, that looks like any sort of Doubling.

Looks normal to me also. It's still silver, so it's a keeper.
