I like the coin designs overall. Glad they are having the cent for next year! The dime is great! Wish it was on a bigger coin, too. The quarters are good but kinda generic on the reverses. I'm looking/not looking forward to spending lots of money next year.

I like them all.

No abomination dollar in sight and it looks like FDR and Kennedy are taking the year off.

I'm a completist, so I'll look forward to getting these new designs in the Mint, Proof, and Silver Proof sets. In my view, the "collectible" 2026 Lincoln cents (UNC & Proof) will be the true "last Lincolns", not the Omega PM 2025 uncirculated garbage that Stack's-Bowers is auctioning off today

For my collecting interests the two key questions for my 2026 "plan" to be answered are:
1) Will the silver "companion medals" of the five gold "Best of the Mint" coins be available as stand-alone SKU's ?
2) How many different American Silver Eagles will be issued ? in 2025, there were nine. . .

And we already know we'll get a new Kennedy half in 2027. . .FDR could use a refresh too.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but wow, on the whole these designs are terrible. What a complete and utter let down. The dime and the Mayflower quarter are the only ones I like.

The other quarter designs are nearly all recycled! Washington and Madison designs came from the Presidential dollars; Jefferson came from the medal series; Lincoln from the 2009 Lincoln commemorative; and the Gettysburg address reverse came from the 2024 Harriet Tubman silver dollar. The half dollar is okay, but the Statue of Liberty has been overused on recent coins with the Presidential and Innovation dollars. I mean come on, we're celebrating the country's 250th birthday and can't even get original designs?

Also, per the text of the law, "One of the quarter dollar designs must be emblematic of a woman's or women's contributions." I don't see that here. Yes there is a woman depicted on the Mayflower quarter, but women didn't sign the Mayflower Compact. To me this runs afoul of the law. But that's not surprising. It's clear to me the administration changed the designs late in the game, hence the recycled designs. Few of the quarter designs were the ones that came before the CCAC and CFA.

I'll be honest, this might end my collection of modern U.S. coins. I'm glad others enjoy them, but to me they are super disappointing.

In 2027, the dime will revert to the immediately previous design. The 2027 reverse designs for the quarter and half dollar will celebrate Youth and Paralympic Sports as part of a new four-year program authorized by the Public Law 116-330.

Love the dime!

Will be interesting to see if we get a $2 1/2 circulating and silver proof as well - https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th...ll/5616/text.

We will not discuss it here, but we all know why.

I kinda wish they would just retire the Roosevelt dime design and run with the Liberty design. I'm underwhelmed with recycled designs on the quarters, so much for something new and fresh.

I don't think the designer initials need to stand out so much. Let's get back to hiding them in the design.

I think I am in agreement for great interest in the dime, other than the right facing bust seems unnatural to me.

Overall the other designs are better than expected but not stellar. They will still be fun to add to the collection, especially in silver.

We all ought to keep in mind that some of the most collected coins of today were received with poor fan fare in their day.
