We are presently renovating our main level of the house and living in the basement, when we get back upstairs, I will have plenty of natural light to work with.

Oh do I identify with this right now! My office and library is now partly a bathroom and partly added to a storage room to make a new bedroom. My books are packed in boxes in the barn. The bedroom looks a lot like the former family room. My temporary office is in the middle of a former bathroom that is somehow going to become part of the new kitchen. The temporary kitchen is in a travel trailer parked next to the house.

Wow! I think you are dealing with much more than we are, that's a lot! We just have a small ranch, so hopefully it will not be much longer. Having things displaced like that makes something as simple as taking coin pics a chore though.

Imma go with 63 here. Maybe some light moisture in the air where it was stored obverse down, saying that because the faint light brown toning on reverse.

Thank you, Odee13. Since I have had the coin, it has been in an airtight tube, but who knows how it was stored before I had it.
