Just placed my order ..... 3:40pm EST.
Only ordered one .... thats all I need .... but I have to wonder why the Mint is accepting 2nd orders when the webpage clearly states 1 per household?
Looking forward to recieving it.

My guess is that they (Mint) will eventually cancel your extra one, once things get down the processesing order line. The system doesn't work that way to "disallow" you to order more than one, even though you can't. It'll still let you.....but you will just get it cancelled. You'll get an email in a few days or so saying so.......is my guess.

Eaglefoot is right. I tried ordering extra LP3 sets and about three days later I got an email telling me my order was canceled.

I got my order in and the confirmation email. My hopes aren't too high though. Doesn't the email confirmation say that they can "cancel" and order if too many are sold? Regardless, I did what I could so I'll have to wait and see!

I got my order in also. Order number 331xxxxx. My family has 7 sets ordered. Lots of collectors.
Me, brother, sister, nephew, Mom, brother-in-law, sister-in-law!
By our order numbers we should get a rough idea of how many have sold. My time of order was 3:10 p.m. ET.
Edited to add a couple more x's to my order number!

Long time to have a phone stuck to my ear. I could never get past the 'add to cart' on the website. I started dialing at 12:05 and finally reached the mint at 1:45. Just dialed and redialed continuously. I ordered my one set, but like others have noted previously, I'll believe I'm getting it when it arrives in the mail.

We have confirmation that early orders were #3315xxxx and current orders are #3319xxxx. We're over 40K sold at 4:15p.m. ET!
Sellout should be confirmed by 6:00p.m. ET! 6 hours!

It's going to fun to just check ebay and see what prices are like for this set.
