I would say around $8-$10 U.S. Nice penny, to the forum.

$8-10? 1925 is a scarce date (mintage 117K), and Krause is wrong on value.
I'd buy those all day for $20 in that grade. Tim, if you can find those for $10, buy, buy, buy!

Enlarging the image, it might grade as good as aVF--what do others think? We need better pics to be sure.
Maccas catalogue gives values as follows (converted from $AUSD)
VG: $152 F: $231 VF: $392 EF $2541 (yes, over 2 thousand dollars)
Welcome and congtats on owning a very desirable coin!

2008 edition of Maccas has these values:

VG:$165 F:$250 VF:$425 EF$2750

The 2009 edition is out, but I don't have one yet.

The picture is a little blurry to grade from, any chance of a better pic?

Kurt, the 2010 edition shouldn't be too far away. It has been in the post for some time now. Posties couldn't have picked a better time to strike than Christmas.

And from the pictures, I would agree around the Vf range. Hard to be more precise without clearer pictures, but still a nice looking coin.

Wow, thanks Sean! Um...yeah, timely strike

Any sign of your 1908-S yet? I've held off sending you something interesting.

Not yet, but I would think it will be here this week. Deliveries seem to be back to normal, so hopefully any back log will be quickly cleared. Good news is I haven't had many bills lately. Bad news is I am going to get a lot all at once.
