The production figures are available from the RCM. It's about 37 million out of 455 million for the zinc 2009. (Any 2010 production dated 2009 is not public yet, but this is usually negligible.)
That roughly agrees with what I find in circulation. About 1 in every ten or twelve 2009 cents is non-magnetic.
They aren't very scarce and will carry almost no premium. It's like the 2006 no-P, no-logo nickel: a lot of hype, but now just face value.
