Doesn't look unc to me. Not too sure about lightly cleaned, but to me it is heavily damaged. Looks like some one took a pocket knife to the obv. Way too many gouges to be unc. I've seen better coins in dealers junk bins than that.

The coin has enough actual wear to grade XF40 in my opinion, then there are all those diagonal gouges on the obverse.

For $31 might be good as a 'filler' ....... but do not think it could be certified as MS.

Looks like it was cleaned with a wire brush, to me!


Probably still worth current bid, for a pocket piece....
