I've found quite a few 1964 Kennedy halves over the years in rolls but this is the only DDO I've ever identified. I really need a better lens to photograph the doubling but I've improvised some close-up shots using a loupe. The results aren't great but at least you can see what caught my eye on IGWT.
Can anyone give a precise identification for this variety? Is it likely to have much premium value over a generic 1964-D?

I agree. Nice find. There are a few listed in the Cherrypicker's guide. I'm not sure which one you have since the letters you chose to take pictures of aren't the same ones they did mostly. If it's one of the three that seem most likely they have it at $35 in MS-63, $75 in MS 65, and $150 in MS-66. I'm terrible at grading so I won't even hazard a guess at the grade.
