Ok. So they are red notes. That is why I collect coins not bills. Plus a downside is that bills don't last long in circulation. Plus would you Taylor buy a G-4 quarter or a G-4 bill. coins last longer and they actually hold value other than what they say its worth on the front. good metals I'm some of them
I'm glad I started collecting when I was 17. I ALREADY have about complete sets of Washington quarters silver and clad, Roosevelt dimes, and a set of Mercury dimes I found for silver value about a year ago. Now I'm 19. I still got a long way to go in order to buy gold.
My girlfriend does not see the point in why I do it. I do it because it keep me busy and make me happy. I am glad that I picked up this hobby such a longtime ago and I will never stop being a numistitic.
Decided to hit banks in Oxford Ohio. Result: Plenty of $2 bills (nothing special, star notes or silver certificates/us note) Halves:30 found (that I have not gone through) and 1 40% silver piece and a few MS coins.
