So, my boss brought me in some old money that was her father-in-laws. I have graded/valued all but the Peace dollars because I can't figure those out AT ALL!! So your grading input is appreciated. My guess is VF to XF on each.


1st Peace: 1924 with toning and crap on it -

2 SBA (both 1979 far dates)

1969d Kennedy (40%)
1972 Kennedy
1939 Merc - VF20
4 Dateless Buffalo's
1935 Buffalo - VG8
2 1936 Buffalo's (G4, VG8)

6 - 1957 Silver Certs
1957b $2 Note
9 - 1976 $2 Notes

Nothing to special but has sentimental value to them.

Number 1 = AU details
Number 2 = near EF
Number 3 = VF details.

I'm not sure about grades, but I would definitely soak them in acetone for a day or 2. It might help with the tape residue and PVC damage.

Thanks for all your help. These coins have been stored in an old US Navy Wallet for quite a few years (probably early 1980's)
