It seemed like the 2011 is coming out soon and they need to catch this next "wave".... since there's no restriction on the price (no limit on profit margin from the Mint). This can be the next ASE bullion boom...... Thank you parkquarters for keeping track of this.

Quote: Thank you parkquarters for keeping track of this. You bet. Amark had the most ingineus packaging todate with pcgs honoring the f/s attributes back to collectors(for free)when resubmitting there best ones for numerical grades Check out first strike premiums on the dmpl's http://www.pcgs.com/PRICES/PriceGui...043;QuartersYou cant lose alot from the ap's based on current silver spot but can gain alot in the grading game of these imo.

I went ahead and ordered a set from Jack Hunt too. This may be the set I keep for myself. At melt value it was hard to pass up.

YEA! I was able to get in on the Jack Hunt sale, Order #32x; I received an e-mail about 12:30 pm (EST) as I was on the wait list. However, the website has been updated and appears as though anyone can order. Good Luck, Now just waiting on the Mint's coin.

If you think about it, this will be one of the biggest bullion runs for our government since the Morgan dollar. With each run of a 25 oz. set, won't sales really slip toward the end? Well unless the economy picks up...

Money order ONLY, and must be received within 7 days of the confirmed order. That's it.

Thats a good deal $949.00 divided by 25oz = 37.96 an oz and silver is at 37.32 an oz right now ! the only way we can lose is if silver crashes fast and hard lets hope not before we sell. http://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html

Hi parksquarters, thanks for starting and keeping this thread alive, btw, I agree with you. If there is one sure thing in modern US right now, it is these 5 oz. coins being sold as the bullion pieces as they were intended to be. I don't know how these coins will play out in the short run, but long term they seem to be excellent numismatic prospects. If there is a "ground floor" for the 2010 ATB 5 oz., it is now. Thanks to the double marketing fiasco the mint put the 9 APs through, the APs that held back their allocations for whatever reason (favorite customers, higher silver spot, etc.) are now forced to get rid of them if they are to expect any 2011 dated coins (another Mint blunder, but *we* benefit!) It is a fire sale of sorts, since those in the know got their coins in the first and second waves, so the collector market are saturated. The small and large investor generally doesn't even know these coins exist in part due to the high spot price, the poor marketing by the US Mint (e.g. the one set per household limit) nor are the wild circulating counterparts well known or well distributed, when they are better known, the 5 oz. will not be bullion items for long, since the "limit" marks them as scarce or rare numismatic items. The textbook case of how NOT to market and sell a coin! Someone could write a paper on this poorly executed fiasco. Just my .02!

@ parksquarters: Received my set from Fidelitrade last week. I know I am not one of their large investors, so didn't receive the email announcement "inviting" me to buy a set until March 8th! So I know they're cycling through their clientele in order to get rid of these coins. With the one set per house restriction and non-existent marketing, plus the iffy economy, selling 3,000 sets is an uphill battle. However, once the floodgates open on Gettysburg, it should prove to be a very interesting secondary market. I expect to see "buy" ads for the 2010 ATB set in the local paper later on this year. As for the larger designs, I was surprised by the additional detail you could see on the Yellowstone and Yosemite coins. Those two and the Mount Hood are my favorites. Heck I like them so much they can double as beverage coasters!
