Just got through and left my name and number for a call back..... Funny thing is I was about to give up.... then I checked my mail and saw some new post on this thread so I opened and read it.... saw w1a9c8k5 said that he used 2 cells and 1 house phone.... so I walked to the bedroom, grab my wife cell, while I was still calling on my cellphone.... as I sat down on the chair, the phone rang and someone speak to me (very polite service). Apparently the cost is $1100 for the set + some 90% silver. I guess the old saying is true: Patient pay off! Report this Post to the Staff

Basically we are paying $940-$945 for the set and $155-$160 for the 90% silver (26x or 27x face), which is not bad at all. Report this Post to the Staff

Bizybackson Pillar of the Community United States 1817 Posts	Posted 04/02/2011 1:56 pm Wouldn't surprise me if some future director of public relations decides that installing a press at West Point would be a capital idea for proof finish 5 oz. rounds. ALL of the current bullion products have a collector counterpart in proof or burnished uncirculated. The enabling legislation doesn't specify the finish of the 5 oz. product, only that they are produced in the year of issue of the corresponding quarter. Why should these medallions be any different?
