Here's my "Dillon Gage" story: Last winter, in December I think but it may have been January, I contacted Dillon Gage to be added to their "Want List" for these coins. They took my name, address, and phone number and I never heard a word until 2 weeks ago when they called me and ask if I wanted a set for $937 delivered ($37.48/oz!). I said yes and they said just send a check and we'll send you a set. My check cleared about a week ago and I didn't hear from them so I called and they said my order #****** and that it would ship in mid-April.
They did sell out last week (from what I heard) and had switched to no phone calls and wire transfers only before the sell-out.

Yeah I saw that too. I got my order in over the weekend but have heard nothing from them. I really hope I get one don't want to have to go to the secondary markets to pick a set up.

At least by pricing them that high, they won't be cutting into the ones already released.

Funny thing is had the mint priced them at $349.99 or $399.99 there would still be a lemming like rush to get at them. At the very least they aren't releasing all five at once, which I expect has something to do with the unstable spot price... $279.99 is actually a reasonable compromise.

Looks like you can only purchase from APMEX if you got the email. It was done on a pre-registration and lottery type basis. vickievail: Do you know if this set is slabbed?

Sorry, I was so excited that I was able to order I forgot to ask. I think this is good price, that's only $39.20 per oz (979.90 /25). Go for it!

Quote:The price has been set for the first release of the numismatic ATB 5oz rounds: $279.95/ea. This is for the Hot Springs version set to go on sale later this month. 27,000 pieces available. Now that flippers know the price the over inflated pre-sales will start on the secondary market to get a heads start selling before the mint sells out in about a week or so as to avoid too much competition then ! Let the games begin once again Previously predicted prices : https://goccf.com/t/84264&results=1Current silver spot $40.53
