WOW! That is great news! I'm 1166 so I think I will have mine soon. I am stoked you think they will grade higher! I was worried because some PCGS GEM BU's have been showing up on ebay and I thought PCGS would be a bit more critical on the grading, thus designating between GEM and CHOICE. It seem they are being conservative and if you think they will grade higher I am really happy to hear it! Good luck and keep us posted!

Here are some more images of my coins from A-Mark. The Grand Canyon and Mount Hood pieces have some minor flaws. The other 3 are essentially flawless to the naked eye not counting the die polish lines. The mirrors are excellent and all the coins are proof-like.

BHerring the coins look GEM Brilliant at least MS 67-68's. I am surprised that they only got listed as Choice by PCGS. My order number is 571 and I have not received them yet. I am certainly looking forward to getting them.

Thank you for putting your pics on the site.

They do look flawless, congratulations! How do you think the die polishing lines effect the grade?

They have not been graded. PCGS only encapsulated them for A-Mark and put Choice BU on the label.

Should not effect the grade unless severe. These don't look severe.

These are on the way to PCGS now. The A-Mark packaging box was pretty much identical in size to a USPS Medium Flat Rate box, so it was a quick packaging switch and off they went.

I am hoping for three MS69 grades.

To quote Tiny Elvis, "Oh, man! Look at that quarter! That is hu-u-uge!"

The ones in the slabs remind me of the (Motorola) DroidX when comparing it to the regular Droid.

BHerring good luck, I too wish for you MS69, Proof like would be extra special. Please post here what rating you get.

How much is PCGS charging for these coins to get graded, is it $30 a piece?

Unannounced sale from A-Mark last night! Sets were still available this morning. If you were registered then hurry. Last number I herd was 3297 and if they only had 3300 sets then there isn't much time! Good Luck!

update:
Ordering has been closed again, excepting more registering of buyers for next week. I have seen confirmation numbers in the 3400's.

If purchasers of these a-mark bu slabs do a cross over to ngc for a higher grade will they still get the first strike attribute from ngc now that ngc first stike deadline is over ?

How much is it to have pcgs grade a set like $250 plus you have to open a membership with pcgs and I think the minimum membership is $99 so total to grade them would be around $350 ?
