I got the letter from diamond but the return envelop is missing. Can you any of you provide the return shipping address where I can send the check? Thanks.

Address, phone number and email for DSD is at the bottom right corner of the letter.
Call them to confirm and get a person to "ATTN:"

If you have enough buyer, you can get the bulk deal (10coins/ roll) and also save on the shipping.

I just received in the mail today the 30 coins I had submitted to PCGS...the grading seems very inconsistent and several of the holders are scuffed straight out of the package...and 1 even has several fairly large black spots inside the holder...and another has the label not even straight -- it is crooked by at least 30 degrees...has anyone else experienced such poor service from PCGS? I am planning on giving them a call...after spending $1,800 to have these things graded and slabbed I would have expected much better...very disappointed...

I did not like the service from PCGS. I found the grading to be inconsistent as well. I am having difficulty selling a hot springs 69DMPL because frankly I don't think it deserved the grade. I have a couple others that seemed to be under graded too. Just kinda seemed all over the place but what do I know about grading the ATB's. Frankly I feel the same way about PCGS.

For those of you that got your 2010 sets from Prudential, did you close your Prudential account after you received your coins? I finally got mine today from DSD and I keep getting mail from Prudential seems like every other day.

Would you make the same complaint if you got back all 69pl and 70 coins? Sounds like you rolled the dice and crapped out.
