Another thread reminded me of that one. One of my earlier and favorite pieces. Pre-Soviet Estonia.

That Tokelau one is actually pretty neat - I guess it's one to go for if you're collecting HMS ships. I have this one quite an impressive hunk of silver, though not really my thing

My only two ship coins. If the Britannia counts as a ship coin, then so does this Cuzco! Now I am tempted to make a thread for VOLCANOES on coins.. .. Portugal, 2.5 escudos; silver; size = 21mm. Peru, Cuzco; 8 reales; size = ~40 mm.

Svslav... When I saw it, I Wanted it inmediatly... Probably my new favorite of the modern coins I have, if you find it it is deffinetly worth it... I don't know if they are only 500 though, because I thought I saw another mkintage level on this coin somewhere on the net Don't know for sure though, maybe I coinfuse it with something else But yeah nice coin

Here's my third ship, an entire flotilla on one coin, plucked and rescued this very night from the stormy seas of a metals dealer's salvage box. 1964 date is on the edge, how unusual. I know it's common and I probably paid too much.. but hey! These coins are too pretty to turn back into lumps of silver! Especially Italian coins! What will there be for future beginning enthusiasts to collect if all the common silver disappears? size = 30mm.

Here you go Wolf. Trying to redeem myself. Found this while on my world doubled die mission. The ships aren't as pronounced as most on this thread, but it's a doubled die! And guess what? I have two of them! One is on it's way to you brother. I hope you forgive me for my earlier post.
