This is a variety that has been beaten up pretty good Dont get me wrong, they can't be all "GEMS" when you find them......its is a numbers game I'm grateful to find anything at all...Happy Hunting

I bought a margarine container of small cents at an auction about three years ago. I never looked through it until now. So I'll post the finds.

1948 A to small Den. This concludes the interesting finds for Canadian cents from the margarine container. I did find all varieties of the 47 and so on in there, but nothing earth shattering.

After sorting through $90.00 face of canadian cents, I sort by composition first then by date....then search the dates pulled..... So, this was the first 1965 in the tube to look at and I found this pointed 5.......with my luck, I will only find crap in the rest LOL...

I live in Buffalo NY and roll search coins a lot I find many canadian pennies in my change and save all the KG cents and pre 1964 queen cents I see many people referring to different 1985 varieties and some 1965 varieties what are the top things I should look out for like I said I keep all the pre 64 pennies already

so is it worth the time and effort to go through my 55s and 65s to look for these pointed 5s? ( all the 55s and 65s I have are from roll hunting so they are in very much circulation condition.. )
