What, if any, penny dates do you save? For me it's:

- Wheats
- Any "S" date
- 1960, 60-D sm date,61,62,63, 1969, 1971

All of the copper of course....
Any BU copper...

All copper but sort wheat; 60 SM&LD; any S; anything listed as a premium zincoln. If I find a BU copper - it gets a 2X2.

Unfortunately I tend to save them all. Too cheap to run them through coin star... too lazy to count them and roll them... and always thinking I missed the $3000 variety and tossed it in with the rejects. I may be exagerating slightly.

Odd set of dates. Why those? I don't hoard copper, and as far as a list of what I keep, the list is long. It's posted on my website. There is a list of roll searching picks for cents and for nickels.

I find that thess are the hardest coins to find, esp. the 69p. I think these dates sometime in the future will be worth more than they are today due to their mintage.
