thanks for the link...but

that thread talks about the 58 that seems to resemble a 7 under the 8.

the CONECA description is very specific about doubling ONLY on the TOP,small circle of the 8 and does not mention doubling on the large bottom circle of the 8 at all,which is what I am seeing on this coin.
