southsav Pillar of the Community 2224 Posts	Posted 05/30/2011 11:07 am I have an opportunity to purchase a 1959 D Franklin MS 65 FBL, NGC for less than $90. Appears prior sales have been around $100-125. NGC has the value at $115 plus. Not being a Franklin collector would it be worth it for less than $90? Any insight appreciated.
