It's common but I think it's AU , what do you think?

(Not full bands, although the middle band is almost visible through a loupe)

Picked it up for around $2 at a yard sale.

I'll buy mercs all day long for $2 a hit in this silver market...they didn't have any others, did they? ;)

They had others, I bought all I could however this one was the best.

This was #2 from this buyer - Two merc dimes, this one I figure is mid AU , the other one is around EF) and 3 War Nickels they got off the history channel or some such. All for $10 or so, I guess the mercs were maybe $2.50/ea.

She had a bunch of other stuff I would have made a offer on , but I told her to call someone more knowledgeable. She also had a quarter that was struck wrong (No motto , state name was missing letters on a Kansas quarter). She wouldn't take any of my other offers.

I wish I had garage sale finds. I never come across coins. Only baby cloths :(
