Is there any new news on the 25th Annv ASE set? It's still not listed on the usmint.gov website. Hopefully this is something that will not be pushed out. Any news?

Yeah, I remember that thread....but surely the US Mint would have something on their website if it was coming out next month?

I actually looked around the web today and nothing new besides the original news release. Late October release, no price yet. I'm really looking forward to this set too. Two coin only available in this set, the Burnished "S" mint and the Reverse proof, I'm really looking forward to, especially with the limited mintage. All those people paying premiums for Sanfrancisco minted bullion coins should feel embarrassed once these come out.

So how will it work, will it suddenly show up on the mint's ASE section? Or will they release more info as the time gets closer. I guess this release and NP6 will be my Christmas Present to myself.. Anybody wanna buy a 82 Harley?

Or will they release more info as the time gets closer I would say that the price of the set will be the last thing announced as the Mint will want to see what the spot silver price will be closer to the sale date. I expect a date of sale announcement as a PR near the 1st week of October with pricing set a week or so before issue.

With five "one ounce" silvers in the set, and the price of silver being at $40.95 (at this moment), that's AT LEAST $204.75 for just the bullion. Then there's the mint mark up, the packaging, etc... So, I am figuring around $295.00. Anybody else wanna take a stab at the price?

My guess for pricing would be $325....and this thing is going to sell out fast, unless the Mint mass produces it....which I hope they don't do!

My guess is $349.95.
Now, I don't want it to be there, but I'm trying to not get my hopes up. :)
Getting slammed with NP6 and this set is going to hurt. Oh well, we do what we must...

Betting that the Mint doesn't want to get caught short, I'm guessing $379.95. Is there some way to put a poll into an existing thread?

They couldn't have just kept it to a 3 coin set, blarg. Better start hoarding the funds now.
