I logged in at 11:42; waited with an online atomic clock showing on my desktop, refreshed at 12:00:01, and they were a second late! But it only took a tiny bit of patience in reloading pages after that. I think I reloaded each step at least once - but that was it. Oops - edited to add I'm in SW PA.
