1896 And 1899 5 Cents

By request here are two more of the 5 cent canadian coins I bought recently. It appears that the 1899 has some scratches on the reverse, though otherwise it looks excellent. If anyone would care to take a guess on grades and values i'd appreciate it.

The 1896 I would grade at fine-12, although its eye appeal leaves alot to think about, It has a trends value of $13.00 with a true market value of about $4.00 Cad..
The 1899 has a grade at around VF-20 but again in very rough shape, trends has this one listed at $20.00 but even though it only has a mintage of 3 million you would find it difficult to get more than a few dollars for it..

I'd say F-12 for both, given the scratches on the 1899.
